What is Public Administration and Management?

Public Administration and Management focuses on the structures, processes and practices of public sector organisations and how they deliver services, make policy decisions and manage resources. It bridges public policy, organisational theory and management techniques to improve efficiency, accountability and responsiveness in government and public institutions. The program covers budgeting, human resource management, public ethics, performance measurement, procurement, and leadership—equipping students to manage public programmes and reform institutions in diverse administrative contexts.
